Combine milk, water, yeast, salt, sugar and egg. Slowly add in flours until a dough forms a ball. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 2-3 minutes. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and allow to rise in warm dry place for 1 hour. Turn out and divide into eight bun balls. Bun balls-that's sort of fun to say. Place them on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper and little sprinkle of corn meal. Cover and allow to rise for another hourasf. Then bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
